The Sternberg Studio offers three different formats for you to consider;  Traditional Albums, Digital Folios and Biographic Videos. 

TRADITIONAL ALBUMS

All of our classic albums are hand crafted and custom made and can be fabricated in your choice of fine leathers, faux leathers or fabrics.  You’ll be able to select a color, style and size that best suits you and upon completion your albums can be monogrammed in any number of type sizes and fonts. 

Whether you decide you want us to organize your albums by date, person or event, we’ll lay out your pages thoughtfully, comprehensively and elegantly.  And we’ll help tell your story by labeling every important year, person or place with simple tags that allow the photographs to take center stage. DIGITAL FOLIOS

If you and your family want to preserve and access your photographs electronically, we’ll scan and sort them by date or event, or perhaps a combination of the two.  Additionally, we’ll combine those photographs with any you have us download off the drives you might already have and add them to your timeline.  If you and your relatives have home movies then these too can be incorporated onto your drive and into your timeline.

Once these comprehensive files are complete, we’ll then make as many copies as you order and connect them to pewter badges with a well-chosen photograph attached so that your folio will be instantly recognizable. (click here to contact us for more information)

BIOGRAPHIC VIDEOS

Perhaps you can trace your family back for generations, or maybe your story begins with you.  Regardless, drawing on Adam Sternberg's years in broadcasting, we’ll produce a biography that will tell your story with style and sophistication.

Family research and a production schedule will lead to the filming of on camera professionally recorded interviews and b-roll. After your script is written and we've begun the editing process, we'll amplify the story with your family photographs and home movies and we'll incorporate historic footage for context. In post-production, we'll add graphics, narration and music.  And when your biography is complete, you can arrange for delivery of duplicate copies and written transcripts of your interviews.

Our Process...

Is Collaborative We we want our clients to keep in mind that our ability to tell their story with accuracy and expediency is dependent on their input and cooperation.

Therefore, if your family photographs are located in different locations or time zones for that matter, we'll need that guidance.  What shape is your archive in?  Have family members already labeled and dated most, a few or any of your photographs?  This too is information we'll need.  And if you require delivery by a specific date: be it a birthday, anniversary or family reunion we’ll of course need that direction as well.

Ensures Security We understand that each archive is irreplaceable and we treat every photograph, home movie and keepsake as if it was our own.  To that end, we take on only a few projects at a time and whether we’re producing your albums, folios or a video, your project gets our full attention and we see to it that your documents are always  in safe hands.

Guarantees Confidentiality We understand that our task can at times be an intimate one and we want our clients to know that all of the information and any of the images they provide will be treated with care and sensitivity.  Nothing you relate to the Sternberg Studio will be shared with anyone else without your permission.

• When we first meet with you, we’ll cover all of these considerations, review your archive and walk you through our formats and samples.  Then after developing a production schedule, Adam Sternberg will be able to provide an estimate as to your cost.
